CHG Fulfillment is an FDA-registered third-party logistics (3PL) company built by people who moved freight long before they ran fulfillment. We keep our team small, our pricing transparent, and our clients close.
Our story
Before CHG, our two founders served in military transportation — an environment where getting the right shipment to the right place at the right time isn’t a metric on a dashboard, it’s the mission. That discipline is still the backbone of how we run fulfillment today.
We started CHG because we watched growing brands get nickel-and-dimed by big-box 3PLs and left guessing about their own inventory. So we built the opposite: honest, locked-in pricing, direct access to the people who actually run your account, and no setup fees — ever. We already knew the industry inside out; we just wanted to do it the way it should be done.
How we operate
Today CHG runs through a growing network of fulfillment facilities across the United States — anchored by our own New York operation and a partner facility in New Jersey that’s FDA-registered, food-grade, and roughly 20 miles from Port Newark-Elizabeth. That footprint lets us position inventory closer to your customers and secure carrier rates we pass straight through to you.
The team behind your orders
The people who run your account are a lean, senior four-person core team — so you deal directly with decision-makers, never a call center or a handoff between departments. Behind them, every fulfillment center we operate is staffed by a full, experienced warehouse crew doing the picking, packing, and shipping.
