Can you include custom inserts and branded packaging?
Yes. We add custom inserts, tissue, stickers, thank-you cards, and branded boxes so the unboxing reflects your brand — this is standard for our DTC clients.
How do you process returns?
Returns are received, inspected, and graded. Sellable units are restocked into your inventory, repairable units can be refurbished, and unsellable units are dispositioned per your rules — all with clear reporting.
How fast are returns restocked?
Sellable returns are typically inspected and back in your available inventory within a few days of arrival, so you recover value quickly instead of losing it to backlog.
Do you kit regulated products like supplements or cosmetics?
Yes. As an FDA-registered, food-grade facility we kit and handle regulated consumables with proper lot and expiration tracking, including hazmat-capable handling for alcohol-based and lithium-battery items.
How much do kitting and returns cost?
