Everything oversized freight needs to ship smart

Favorable 300 dim factor

We bill on a 300 dim factor instead of the industry-standard 139, so bulky-but-light items cost far less to ship.

Flat-rate 10–50 lb accounts

Special carrier accounts give heavier parcels predictable, largely zone-blind pricing instead of steep zone surcharges.

LTL & FTL freight

Items too big for parcel move on discounted LTL or FTL freight, palletized, booked and tracked for you.

Bulk storage & handling

Racking, dock space and material-handling equipment sized for pallets, crates and oversized SKUs.

Oversized pick & pack

Right-sized boxing and edge protection for bulky goods, with QC before every shipment leaves the dock.

Big-item returns

We receive, inspect, grade and restock — or freight back — oversized returns, with clear reporting.

Freight-ready in days, not weeks

Answers before you ask

What is a dim factor, and why does 300 matter?
Carriers bill large packages on dimensional weight — length × width × height divided by a “dim factor.” A higher factor produces a lower billable weight. The common standard is 139, which overcharges bulky-but-light items; our 300 dim factor cuts that dimensional penalty substantially, so you pay closer to what the item actually weighs.
What are the flat-rate 10–50 lb accounts?
For heavier parcels in the 10–50 lb range we have special carrier accounts that offer predictable, largely zone-blind flat-rate pricing — so a heavy order doesn’t get dramatically more expensive just because it’s shipping farther. We’ll confirm the exact bands and pricing in your quote.
Can you ship truly oversized items on freight?
Yes. Items too large or heavy for parcel move on discounted LTL (less-than-truckload) or FTL (full-truckload) freight, palletized and protected. We handle the booking and routing.
Do you store bulky inventory?
Yes. We have the racking, equipment, and dock space to store and handle heavy and oversized product safely, with the same real-time inventory visibility as the rest of our warehousing.
How do you keep big items from getting damaged?
We use right-sized boxing, corner and edge protection, and sturdy packing methods suited to heavy goods, with QC before shipment — and freight palletizing for the largest items.
Can you handle returns on heavy products?
Yes. We run reverse logistics for oversized goods: received, inspected, graded, and restocked when sellable, or dispositioned per your rules — including freight returns where needed.
How much does heavy/bulky fulfillment cost?
It depends on item dimensions, weight bands, and whether orders move parcel or freight. Use our calculator for a ballpark, and we’ll send exact pricing — locked, so it never changes after you sign.
